7 Wall Art Murals by Ernest Zacharevic in Ipoh Old Town

Ipoh as got a new attraction in town and its call the Old Town Art Murals. This beautiful Art Murals was done by Ernest Zacharevic, the same man who painted murals on walls along the streets of Penang’s Georgetown.

I have spend my Sunday taking all the 7 Wall art Murals pictures together with the locations and the exact road names and GPS coordinates.

 

Old Uncle With Coffee Cup

The mural is a portrait of an old uncle drinking coffee. It’s located nearby the OldTown White Coffee facing the Ipoh Field (Ipoh Padang).

 

Paper Plane

Nearby the first mural, just walk further down the road from Oldtown White Coffee and the Paper Plane mural can be seen. It is exactly in front Of Maybank Bank In Oldtown Ipoh.It shows 2 children enjoying their childhood with a paper plane.

Kopi “O”, despite being black coffee, is one of the murals to celebrate Ipoh as the birth of the famous white coffee.

Hummingbird

The mural depicts a hummingbird hovering close by a tree in search of food.

This Chinese-style painted mural shows Ipoh’s evolution from a tin-mining town back in the colonial days.

The mural illustrates a girl tiptoeing on a classic red plastic chair while reaching toward a cage of birds.

The final mural shows a man making a living in the town of Ipoh by stacking black plastic bags containing rubbish or recyclable items onto a trishaw.

The murals do bring a sense of nostalgic moments related to Ipoh’s heritage and culture.

Chatime @ Greentown Ipoh

After the long day with mummy shopping, we decided to have a cold drink.. As we were passing by Greentown area we then thought of getting a cup of cold drink from Chatime @ Greentown Ipoh outlet. Its for sure my favourite drink Mango Yogurt the large cup.

Malacca The Historical State.

Malacca as always been part of places to be visited in my list.. The first thing that came to my mind when I say Malacca is always those beautiful red buildings, the baba nyonya, chicken rice balls and all those various historic place to be visited.

The Dutch Square

From the Jonker Walk, just cross a bridge nearby you will see the Dutch Square.

This place is the post attractive and interesting place to take beautiful shoots. This place is also known as the Red Square. as you can see in the images all the building are painted red.

To what I have realise on my visit to Malacca Jonker Walk is one of the most famous and well know street in Malacca. Mostly everynight the street is close for vehicles as there is a night market operated daily.

Walking down the memory lane beside Burps & Giggles !! Its situated behind Burps & Giggles, Missing Marbles and Buku Tiga Lima. Its a very beautiful lane with a very unique and antique display. Captured few lovely shoots around the area.
